Q: What is your return policy?
A: All returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of date of delivery for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. No returns or exchanges on cosmetics, swimwear or underwear. a 15% re-stocking fee applies to all clothing refunds. All discounted items are final sale. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
